What once began as efforts to reopen PDA and PPBV mission cases has now grown into something extraordinary. Today, children in need are being given a second chance at life through both simple and complex open-heart surgeries made possible by dedicated medical professionals, humanitarian partners, donors, volunteers, and heart families who continue to believe in the power of compassion.

The progress of the Cebu program is not simply measured in medical milestones or successful procedures.
